RULES: DESTINATION SENIOR SHOOT 2025

These are the rules for the Enter-To-Win Destination Senior Photoshoot Contest running from June 5, 2025 to July 6, 2025

Kathleen Kidwell Photography, or KKP for short, is excited to host this contest for the high school graduating Class of 2026! Please review the rules before entering and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions! Best of luck!!

Before you can officially win, your parent/guardian has to sign off on these rules. We will send an email to collect an electronic signature. If your parent/guardian does not sign off within 48 hours of the email being sent, KKP will offer the contest prizes to another person.
None of the prizes are exchangeable for cash nor can they be altered, traded, or exchanged for any other goods or services.
Kathleen has final say on scheduling. If you are unable to fit your photoshoot within the dates Kathleen offers you, she has the right to offer the prize to another person.
We're going to be taking photos and maybe some videos of your entire session. They belong to the company (KKP) and we can use them in any way we choose.
You agree to bring a parent/guardian to the hotel and your session. You also understand that the parent/guardian is liable for their child throughout the entire trip. KKP is not liable for any accidents during this trip and session.
You and your parent/guardian are liable for any damage done at the hotel.
You agree to schedule your session with us before August 1st, 2025. You forfeit your contest prizes if you do not schedule your session before midnight on August 1st, 2025.
You and your parent/guardian agree to come in to our office within 30 days after your session to use your studio credit. Studio credit will be forfeited it if you do not come in within that time.
You and your parent/guardian agree to tag us in any social media posts you share about this contest, your session, and your final products.
You agree to provide your own travel to your chosen destination. The $100 KKP gives you to aid with travel will come on a prepaid VISA gift card and can be used towards gas, transportation tickets, or anything else that aids your travel to your chosen destination.
Your parent/guardian knows you are signing up for this and also agrees. (If you win, they'll have to sign off on these rules so be sure they know!)
